As President and CEO of Home Franchise Concepts, Corey focuses on growing and innovating our brands by attracting new franchise owners, expanding organic growth opportunities, and positioning the company for long-term success through enhanced support and data-driven decision-making.

Prior to his role at Home Franchise Concepts, he served as Group Vice President and ITS Chief Operating Officer for our parent company, JM Family Enterprises, leading teams in creating value and delivering operational efficiency across the business. With more than 25 years of experience across several industries, Corey joined JM Family in 2022 as the Chief Technology Officer of ITS where he focused on enabling products and services through technology. He previously supported the enterprise in a consulting capacity, advising Southeast Toyota Finance and JM&A Group through his company, CGNB Associates, which helped businesses understand how technology enables growth, defined technology strategies, and drove execution to achieve new digital capabilities.

Throughout his career, Corey has helped organizations realize enterprise value through digital products and services and held several senior technology roles at companies such as ABC Financial Services, Planet Fitness, National Dentex Corporation and AGA Medical Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Concordia College and attended the prestigious Executive Education program at Columbia Business School.

Josh serves as Chief Development Officer for Home Franchise Concepts, joining the company in March 2026. He is a purpose-driven leader with a track record of building high-performing franchise development organizations and scaling brands through disciplined strategy, strong relationships, and aligned teams. Josh is passionate about franchising as a vehicle for personal and financial transformation. He is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve business ownership and to creating systems that enable franchisees to grow, succeed, and make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Prior to joining Home Franchise Concepts, Josh served as Senior Vice President of Franchise Development at Unleashed Brands, where he played a key role in the rapid expansion of a multi-brand platform. He has also held leadership roles at Neighborly and Christian Brothers Automotive, gaining broad experience across franchise development, operations, and growth strategy. Josh’s leadership philosophy centers on sustainable growth, team-first culture, and building environments where people can perform at a high level while supporting one another. He believes the best organizations are those where success is shared, relationships are valued, and growth is intentional.

As Chief People Officer at Home Franchise Concepts, Paige focuses on establishing and building connections with the leadership team and associates within our family of brands. Paige came to us from JM Family’s Automotive Division. With twenty years of experience in Human Resources, she has a diverse background spanning manufacturing, education, and retail. Leveraging her prior roles and leadership experience, Paige’s strong operational HR expertise, demonstrated business partnership, and culture focused approach serves her well in this position.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Heather is dedicated to raising the profile and perception of the Home Franchise Concepts brand family. With a strong focus on driving growth and achieving business objectives, she joined Home Franchise Concepts in 2021 and has led several successful rebranding initiatives since joining the company. Heather has over 20 years of experience building strategic brand platforms and integrated marketing initiatives at large companies, including Mattel, Taco Bell, Nissan, and Allergan.

As Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Bill leads the IT Team which supports all Home Franchise Concepts’ brands, providing enterprise level technology solutions that enable our franchise owners to seamlessly support their customers. As a technology leader working for well-known, multi-billion dollar companies for over 25 years, Bill has been immersed in architecting technical solutions to meet complex enterprise level business needs with a heavy emphasis on data analytics, custom application development and AI.

Megan serves as Vice President, General Counsel for Home Franchise Concepts, joining the company in March 2026. Megan oversees all legal, regulatory, governance and compliance matters while advising the leadership team as the company continues to grow. Megan previously served as Deputy General Counsel for HomeVestors, where she managed legal and compliance matters for one of the largest real estate franchise systems in the U.S., spanning 47 states and more than 1,000 franchisees. She is active in the legal community and holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.

As Chief Financial Officer at Home Franchise Concepts, Amir leads all aspects of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, short and long-range planning and budgeting, and treasury. With deep experience in high-growth, multi-site retail environments, he contributes a unique understanding of direct-to-consumer concepts to the organization. Amir has an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, and Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
