Choosing Work-Life Balance

After meeting at work and starting a family, Juliana and Todd felt ready for a new challenge. Both of the Carters worked for consulting firms, which meant long hours and lots of travel. A health crisis after the birth of their second child provided the wake-up call they needed to make a change. Driven to build a better life for their young family, Juliana and Todd spent time questioning what mattered most to them. They take an active role in mentoring their team members, including one who joined the company at 19 as an installer and worked his way to managing the franchise’s daily operations.
