ORANGE, CA — Home Franchise Concepts (HFC), a leader in the home services franchise industry and parent company of Budget Blinds® and Tailored Living®, has expanded its family of brands by acquiring All American Decorative Concrete (AADC). The agreement, which was finalized in late December, 2014, further solidifies HFC’s commitment to providing consumers across the United States, Canada and Mexico with simple and sophisticated design solutions in a convenient, shop-at-home environment. HFC will work to re-brand AADC under its new ownership and looks to an official launch in the coming months.
AADC is an Atlanta-based franchise company that was founded in in 2006. The company specializes in stamped, stained and decorative concrete services for both residential and commercial properties. With five existing franchise locations in the United States, AADC has achieved success through its business model of providing customers with high-touch service and an affordable, quality product that turns ordinary concrete, into extraordinary beauty.

As a result of the acquisition, AADC president John Kostro, along with the company’s vice president, Dan Lightner, will remain in Atlanta where they will continue to train new franchisees entering the system. HFC’s corporate team out of Orange, California will work cohesively with Kostro and Lightner to further the brand’s footprint across North America.
