Todd Jackson serves as Operations Manager for HFC, which includes Budget Blinds and Closet Tailors, overseeing Finance, Legal, Human Resources and Production at the corporate headquarters in Southern California.
Todd has been involved in retail sales and the service industry for more than 20 years. Like his partners, Todd got his start in the window coverings industry in 1987. In five years with that company, Todd rose to the position of Vice President of Franchise Sales, responsible for the sale of more than 78 franchises.
