To take advantage of the natural synergies created by operating multiple home improvement brands, we formed Home Franchise Concepts (HFC) in 2006 to serve as a parent company for Budget Blinds, Closet Tailors and their future sister brands.
This corporate structure will enable us to be more responsive to the inherent operational challenges associated with running multiple franchise concepts, improve efficiency and maximize our bargaining position with vendors by taking advantage of increasing economies of scale. Rest assured each franchise concept will always remain its own company with independent and dedicated support from its corporate team members and HFC. However, the new structure will ensure each concept will benefit from the vision, operational expertise and improved negotiating leverage of their common parent, HFC.
